1. Who we are

The tour experiences are provided by helmcraftsys.com (PE). Contact details are in the footer of this page.

2. Reservation and contract terms

A reservation request becomes binding only after confirmation by us and/or after payment, as described on the booking step you complete.

Before placing an order for distance/tour services, consumers must be able to access the contract terms. The booking page and these Terms provide the required pre-contract information for the distance contracting arrangement.

3. Availability, changes, and substitutions

We may change itinerary details, dates, or locations when required for safety, weather, operational constraints, or force majeure. Where reasonable, we will offer comparable alternatives.

All schedules are subject to availability. We do not guarantee specific arrivals/departures beyond what is confirmed for your reservation.

4. Pricing, fees, and payments

Prices, currency, and any additional fees (if applicable) are shown during booking. Unless stated otherwise, prices include the services explicitly listed for your selected retreat package.

You are responsible for payment of the total amount shown at checkout. If a payment fails, your reservation may not be confirmed.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected retreat package and the booking terms shown at checkout. Please review the cancellation policy provided during booking.

If you cancel, any refund (if any) is processed according to the applicable booking terms and applicable consumer protection rules.

6. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, helmcraftsys.com is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, actions or omissions of third parties not under our control, or your failure to follow reasonable instructions.

Our liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited as permitted by Ukrainian law.

7. Wellness/spa statements and advertising

Any wellness/spa information on our site is provided for general informational purposes and must not be understood as medical advice. We avoid misleading claims in our advertising.

8. Personal data and processing

If you provide personal data (such as your name, email address, phone number, and booking-related information), we process it in accordance with applicable Ukrainian data protection rules and for purposes related to booking and managing your participation.

9. Consumer complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint related to a tour/booking service, submit it to us using the contact details below (email and/or postal address). We will review your complaint in accordance with the applicable procedure.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or provide false information during booking.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version effective at the time you place a reservation will apply to that reservation.
